Project Case: Modular Steel Grandstand for School Stadium in Ili, Xinjiang
Project Type: Permanent Modular Spectator Seating

Project Overview
Key Design & Technical Features
-
Hot-Dip Galvanized steel Structure bleachers
The entire supporting framework is constructed from high-strength steel profiles, with all structural components hot-dip galvanized for enhanced corrosion resistance. This treatment is critical for withstanding Ili’s extreme continental climate—including large temperature variations, strong winds, and high UV radiation—ensuring long-term structural stability and low maintenance costs.
-
Tiered Modular System
The grandstand features a multi-tiered, modular design with clear sightlines to the sports field from every row. The stepped configuration maximizes viewing angles while maintaining strict compliance with national and international safety standards for spectator structures. The modular assembly allows for flexible layout adjustments and efficient on-site installation, minimizing disruption to the school’s daily operations.
-
High-Impact Plastic Seating
The seating units are made of injection-molded, high-density polyethylene (HDPE), chosen for its durability, UV resistance, and resistance to fading in strong sunlight. The seats are available in custom colors (red, white, and light blue in this project) to match the school’s brand identity and create a vibrant, cohesive stadium aesthetic.
-
Safety & Compliance
The system adheres to key safety and structural standards, including load-bearing requirements for spectator grandstands and anti-slip regulations for walkways and steps. All structural connections are engineered for stability, with reinforced joints and galvanized hardware to prevent loosening under heavy use.
-
Quick On-Site Assembly
As a modular prefabricated system, all components are manufactured to precise tolerances in our factory before being shipped to the site. This prefabrication approach reduces on-site construction time, lowers labor costs, and minimizes waste, aligning with the school’s project timeline and budget requirements.
